1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the pivpp platform ("Platform", "Site", "we", "our") and its user ("you", "member", "player"). By accessing this site or creating an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

Key Definitions

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

pivpp will never ask for your password or full payment details via email or chat. If you receive any such request, inform the support team immediately.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

pivpp processes transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile financial services. All deposit and withdrawal policies are detailed below.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently support the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The mobile financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
• Upay — A modern mobile payment solution.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits will only be accepted from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Specific limits on transaction amounts or frequency may apply and may vary by individual.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
• The relevant wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if any unusual activity is suspected.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirement

To meet the bonus conditions, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount received. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 wagered, after which winnings from the bonus become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated based only on the bonus amount; the deposit amount is not included.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer is applicable only once per account, per household, or per household address.
• The real deposited funds will be used first before the bonus balance is spent.
• Certain games may contribute to bonus wagering at a different percentage.
• pivpp reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• Bonus offers have a set expiry — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after it expires.
• Direct cash withdrawal from active bonuses is not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

pivpp is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. Fair play is ensured through SSL encryption and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• All game outcomes are determined by impartial RNG technology.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• If a transaction is incomplete due to a network issue, the server log will be considered the final record.
• Any winnings obtained from software bugs or hacking after a betting or game decision has been made are invalid and subject to forfeiture.
• Players may report any technical issues to the support team immediately.

Dispute Resolution

For any gaming dispute, contact the support team first. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, the escalation process may be followed as a next step. Server logs, database records, and other technical data will be considered the final evidence.

7. VIP Program

pivpp's VIP program has four tiers. Through regular gaming activity, players can progress through the tiers and enjoy increasingly better benefits.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

pivpp reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits and terms. Cashback is directly withdrawable. VIP benefits may not be combined with other bonus offers — specific terms will be stated in the relevant offer details.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and appropriate legal action may be taken.

• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Hacking, cracking, or any form of cyber attack.
• Bonus abuse — including multiple accounts, robotic betting, or artificial wagering.
• Transferring, buying, or selling accounts.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other players' accounts.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Any fraudulent activity against the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for gain — any such bugs found must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Accessing from a restricted region via VPN or proxy.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

pivpp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If there is a connection to money laundering or illegal activity.
• If required documents for identity verification are not submitted.
• If directed by any regulatory authority.

Account Closure by the User

If you want to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Before closing the account, withdraw any remaining balance. Once the account is closed, you will need to register again to reopen it.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Protecting your personal information is one of our top priorities. pivpp uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

We use the information collected from you only for account management, service improvement, and fulfilling legal obligations. Your information will never be sold to third parties.
